New Jersey Manxwoman in Police Unity Tour
UPDATE: SHE DID IT!
I write you from my home in South Carolina, USA.
Please join me and my famiy (Takiko, Luke & Jake) to encourage my Mum and my kids' Grandma, Maggie Keenan, eldest daughter of the late William and Katherine Keenan of Ravensdale Farm, Ballaugh Glen, who is celebrating her 70th birthday this Mother's day weekend by participating as the eldest cyclist of more than 1400+ in the 2012 Police Unity Tour (320 mile memorial ride) honoring the fallen police officers starting yesterday in New Jersey and ending this Saturday at the Law Enforcement Memorial in Washington DC.
Along with many local and national police precincts represented in this memorial bike ride, she has already met participants from Canada as well as London, England
While she may not be a "Manx Missile" per se, she is a great fan of cycling and an enthusiast and is honored to be part of this very good cause.
